NYU’s student-run Shakespeare Company, Shakespeare in the Square, will present “The Taming of the Shrew” this weekend Saturday, April 27th and Sunday, April 28th. Originally scheduled for Washington Square’s Garibaldi Plaza, where they have been rehearsing, due to the Dachshund Parade today (12 noon at the Park) and Parks Department wishes(?)*, they have moved the location one block east.

Saturday, April 27 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Sunday, April 28 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
44 W 4th Street, NYU Stern School of Business Gould Plaza (continue along Washington Square South heading east)
All performances are FREE!

*This is the first time “Shakespeare in the Square” has not presented their performances AT Washington Square Park; they were asked to move locations. Curious, no?
