As Joanne noted on the WSP Blog Facebook page, the rent will likely not be “old school” – but it is nice to think that sometimes people might surprise us. Not expecting it in this case (how often do two apartments become available at the same time unless the tenants had to leave..?) but once in awhile.
This is just steps away from 114 Waverly, the pink house written about here before.
