As of Monday, April 6th, New York City park dog runs are closed following closure of city playgrounds on Wednesday, April 1st (tho’ perhaps not officially until April 2nd). These contained spaces make it difficult to keep distance from other people, distance which is important to limiting the spread of the coronavirus.

NYC parks overall are open – remember to ‘socially distance’ by keeping six feet between yourself and others.
