Seen at the Park: Available Umbrella and Chair Should you Need one

I like the idea that if you need an umbrella or chair that one might be waiting in a strategic location somewhere in the park. I feel like this park may be losing some of its magic, so when there are ‘oddities’ sprinkled around, that’s a good thing. (Not that this is that odd. Less sanitization please.)
