André Kertesz “Window Views” of Washington Square Park on Exhibit March 28 – May 4

Washington Square, Winter, by André Kertesz

André Kertesz’s photographs from his Greenwich Village apartment window directly across from Washington Square Park, and other images, will be on display at an exhibit opening tonight, March 28th, in Manhattan. The exhibit, “Window Views,” features images Kertesz took from his 12th floor apartment at 2 Fifth Avenue. He chose this specific apartment and floor for its perfect views of Washington Square Park.

The opening reception is tonight from 6-8 p.m. The exhibit will run through May 4th at Bruce Silverstein Gallery, 529 West 20th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues, 3rd floor.
