All posts related to the missing animals in the East Village explosion can be found here. The suspicious gas explosion happened on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 121 Second Avenue. Two people tragically died in the explosion. Next door buildings 119 and 123 Second Avenue partially collapsed and were demolished within the next two days. Animals are missing from these buildings and one cat from 125 Second Avenue. It is possible there are others not reported. Four cats have been found that were missing.
