Listen to the “Sounds of the Washington Square Park Fountain” Year Round

If you are missing the fountain spouting its bursts of water at Washington Square Park, while you can’t wade in right now, you can now listen to it! A group called Dreaming Sound has put together an MP3 audio file of the “water sounds” of the fountain. You can hear a sample on Amazon. For some reason, I could listen on my phone but not via computer.

I’ve put together a page of curated Greenwich Village-Washington Square Park items at as “affiliate links” where I get a small commission if you purchase these items through the links, including the fountain sounds. You can visit the page here.
