It’s hard to say if the remaining 3 – living – trees around the fountain — the ones that remain — are now exhibiting fall colors or are dying.

I noticed the same thing about the trees around the fountain. The fact that those trees, at least over the weekend, were the only ones in the park to have fall colors, does not bode well for them.
