Don’t miss the opening concert of the Washington Square Music Festival’s 2015 Season Tuesday, June 16th followed by performances every Tuesday in June and the first Tuesday in July.
All concerts are free and begin at 8 p.m. on the stage at Garibaldi Plaza (east of the Fountain) at Washington Square Park. Seating is first come first served.
For the opening concert, Stanley Drucker, long-time first clarinet of the New York Philharmonic, re-joins the Washington Square Festival Orchestra, conducted by Lutz Rath, in Alphorn, Clarinet, Oboe & Orchestra.
